Instructions to place a call

1.] Dial the ICS local access number (or toll free number if you are outside of NYC).

2.] You will hear a voice request to enter your PIN #.

3.] After entering the PIN #, you will be given the balance your account followed by the dial tone. After receiving dial tone, place your international call by dialing 011 + country code + City code + number. Domestic calls and calls to Canada and the Caribbean may also be placed by dialing 1 + area code + number.
